We started the day (at least my day, which began about 7:45 a.m.), at 7 degrees F. Now, at 3:30 p.m., we're all the way up to 18 - and that's on the thermometer on the deck that's in the bright sunshine. The sun's so bright, in fact, that some of the 6 or 7 inches of snow we got over the last two days is melting.
