Here in northeastern Ohio, we don't get terribly upset over a few inches of snow in the winter. As I've said many times, I don't wear socks in winter unless I have to wade through snowdrifts (so yes, I've been forced to put them on more than I'd like to lately). But never underestimate the fortitude of Ohioans - this young man lives next door and clearly isn't bothered by the temperature or the snow.
