Got in a morning walk today - it was only about 36 degrees when I set out, but the sun was shining so brightly it felt quite warm (it's supposed to reach 50 by mid-day). One of our neighbors has a huge black cat and it happened to be in the yard when I passed by. Never one to make nice, he (or she) turned tail and blew me off when I tried to get a photo.
