Today I had to cash my paycheck, so after we went to the bank we headed to Warren to have lunch at Sunrise Inn. We arrived right at the busy lunch hour and the parking lot was full, so we drove around a bit to kill some time. When we drove past the historic City Hall building, I rolled down the window and got today's photo.
