Drizzly rain much of today, but I wanted to see if more of the pink day lilies are in bloom at Mill Creek Park so we took a look. I'd broken out my Canon XTi with macro lens for the occasion, But when I turned it on, I felt like kicking myself: Oops - should have checked to make sure the battery had a charge (I haven't used it for at least 6 months). My only other choice was the PowerShot G10 I keep in my purse. Managed to get a few decent photos, but I'm glad we weren't planning on a lengthier outing! This is my choice for today's photo.
