Today is the Kentucky Derby, so we headed south to Chester, West Virginia, to Mountaineer Park and Casino for the evening with friends Jerry and Barb. The Derby is shown on TV, and live races are held at the Mountaineer track after that. I allow myself $20 to bet on the races ($ per horse), and at the end of the evening, I came very close to the break-even point. The most I won was on the Derby itself, when I put $2 on I'll Have Another to show and he won (a payout of $14 to me)!
