Today we went to downtown Salem, Ohio, to pay a second visit to a restaurant I'm planning to review soon and check out another possibility (which, sad to say, turned out to be a cut above a dump). On the way home we stopped at the White House Fruit Farm to replenish our supply of tomatoes and green peppers, and Jack kindly posed outside the door so I could see how much height he's lost through all my henpecking since we got married nearly 50 years ago.
