It's the first day of May, so it's fitting that today the work on the outer part of our deck was finished - finally (both lousy weather and health issues of our hired fixer-upper meant the project took several days longer than expected). No matter - only a couple of those days were warm enough to sit outside anyway. Now it's good to go.
