The friendliness and efficiency at the Steward Health Laboratory in Austintown never fails to amaze me. Had to get my annual blood draw this week, so today it was (this is a scene in the waiting area - which I doubt I sat in for more than 10 minutes). In and out quickly - good thing because I can't have coffee beforehand. My thermos was waiting in the car, though!
